At Inch by Inch India, every piece is crafted with precision and attention to detail. As many products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.

Custom-Made Products

Since personalized and custom-size products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements:

Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.

We recommend reviewing dimensions, designs, and specifications carefully before confirming your order.

Returns for Standard Products

Returns for standard (non-customized) products may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused

  • Product is in original packaging

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Incorrect item

  • Manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 24 hours and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing video

After verification, we may provide:

  • Replacement product

  • Repair solution

  • Partial/full refund (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing or dispatch begins.

Once production has started for custom orders, cancellations cannot be accepted.
